You don’t need a formal referral to see us! You can call us today and schedule your FREE consultation. Your free consultation is a thorough, hour-long appointment where we get to know you, your medical history, and your case.
Everything We’ll Do During Your
First Visit
First, we’ll dedicate a few minutes to finalizing your paperwork. This means making sure we have your full medical history, insurance information, and HIPAA form.
Next, we’ll take any photos or X-rays we need, and your doctor will perform a clinical examination. Dr. Peterson or Dr. Peppers will walk you through their recommendations to reach your smile goals.
Finally, we’ll spend time with you discussing the cost and your payment options to make a plan that works for you. If you decide you want treatment and are up to date with your dentist (i.e., you’ve had a cleaning within the last six months), we can start your treatment the same day as your exam.
If you would like to see a specific doctor — just let us know when you call to schedule. If you’re unsure whether to see Dr. Peterson or Dr. Peppers, don’t worry! They’re both experts in their field and provide the same outstanding patient care.
Before Your First Appointment
Please bring the following to your first visit:
- Any panoramic or cephalometric X-ray that has been taken within the last six months
- Your insurance card, if you have insurance
